Property inspection trips are designed to help you buy with confidence, as well as help you to view properties and become familiar with the area in which you are going to purchase.

A property investment trip usually lasts 2 or 3 days. One of our professional property advisors will arrange every last detail for you, based on the information you give us.

Please find the basic steps for organising a viewing trip below:

1. Research our website and decide which area of Bulgaria you are interested in

2. We arrange return flights from the UK together with two nights free accommodation (usually in our own complexes)  

3. We collect our client from the Bulgarian airport and transfer them to their accommodation

4. The client is taken on a one-on-one viewing trip, which encompasses showing all developments in the region that the client wishes to see  
5. The client is transferred back to the airport
